BioPak and their ‘Piece of Paradise’

In Business Partners, Conservation, News, Rescue

Rainforest Rescue warmly acknowledges the recent commitment by our loyal business partner of many years, BioPak, in becoming the first business to protect Lot 46, the Daintree! BioPak’s contribution towards preserving and protecting an entire hectare of restored rainforest on Lot 46 is now known as BioPak’s ‘Piece of Paradise’, forever!

BioPak’s Founder & Director, Richard Fine: “BioPak are committed to reducing the environmental impact of single-use disposable packaging, one of the ways we do this is by replacing packaging made from fossil resources with products made from rapidly renewable plant-based resources.

Supporting Rainforest Rescue provides us with an opportunity to contribute to the healing of the planet. If we want our children, and our children’s children to enjoy the world’s rainforests, then we need to find ways to conserve what we have now. At BioPak, we recognize the value of rainforests and unlike some of our other sustainability initiatives, with Rainforest Rescue we are able to actually see in real-time, the positive change on the ground.”

Thank you so much BioPak and see you in May for some rainforest planting on Lot 46!!
